Included in every package

Help newcomers
find their church home.

Make Ramseyer Congregation easier to discover on Google and through AI powered search, especially for African and Ghanaian newcomers to London looking for a welcoming, Spirit-led church.

Visibility on Google Search

Search friendly page titles and descriptions, clear location and worship information, a sitemap and Google Search Console setup and indexing submission. Approved content will reflect relevant searches such as “Ghanaian church in North London”, “African church in London” and “Spirit-led church in London”.

Discoverability through AI models

Clear, crawlable church information and appropriate structured data help AI powered search tools understand the congregation, its location and its worship life. We will configure public content for discovery by supported search and AI crawlers, while protecting the admin interface.

This setup is included in all three packages and is designed to improve discoverability. Google indexing, rankings and inclusion or recommendations in AI answers are determined by the respective platforms and cannot be guaranteed. Church descriptions and location details are subject to the congregation’s approval. Ongoing SEO campaigns and AI visibility monitoring are outside the project scope. Google Search guidance.

Payment milestones

The one-time build fee is payable upfront to begin: Foundation £500, Community £600, or Complete £700. The £100 increase at each tier reflects the additional build complexity. Monthly billing starts when the church website launches and is payable in advance at the beginning of each monthly service period: Foundation £60, Community £80, or Complete £100. There is no separate launch balance. First 12 month totals, including setup: Foundation £1,220; Community £1,560; Complete £1,900.

Hosting & ongoing costs

Website hosting is included in the monthly package fee, replacing the separate annual hosting charge. Monthly service includes keeping the agreed website hosted and operational and correcting defects in the delivered functionality while the service remains active. Domain registration, separately agreed gallery storage or third party subscriptions, new features and developer-managed content updates are excluded. Additional costs require written agreement. Minimum term, cancellation notice and transition arrangements will be agreed in the project agreement before work begins.

YouTube livestream · Complete package

The Complete package (£700 upfront + £100/month) includes an embedded YouTube livestream player so visitors can watch church services directly on the website, plus a link to the church’s YouTube channel. The congregation supplies its channel and stream details, enables embedding and operates the broadcast. The player is configured for the agreed stream or supported channel embed; changing a fixed stream link later is a static content update. Streaming equipment, video production, YouTube account management and streaming availability are not included.

Front-page announcements · Complete package

Church administrators can create, edit, publish and remove announcements displayed on the homepage through the admin interface. Each announcement includes a title and short message, helping visitors see current church notices. This feature is included in Complete only, alongside the editable gallery and YouTube livestream embed.

Content & approvals

The congregation supplies final church details, approved text and photographs, and confirms permission to use all supplied content. One nominated contact coordinates feedback. Proofreading and polishing in Complete improves church-provided text; it does not include writing new content.

Revisions & scope

A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback on the agreed design and pages. Additional pages, new functionality or changes after approval will be quoted separately. No payments, membership system, blog or general content management system is included. YouTube livestream embedding is included only in Complete; livestream production and a separately hosted streaming service are excluded.

Support & ownership

The initial support periods listed in each package provide launch and handover assistance. The ongoing monthly service covers hosting and defects in the delivered functionality while active; new features and third party issues are excluded. The completed project source and agreed administrative access are handed over after the setup payment and final approval. Third party licences remain subject to their own terms. The recurring fee pays for the ongoing service, rather than instalments toward a fixed project price.

Validity & final agreement

This proposal is valid until 27 November 2026. Final scope, hosting arrangements, delivery dates and any applicable tax treatment will be confirmed in writing before work begins. No additional charges will be committed without written agreement.
